岗位职责:

    1. To provide professional event service mainly and other agency service if necessary to MSL team.
    2. To support MSL(South) for external events and internal meetings.
    3. Work closely with MSL managers and / or MSLs to arrange and implement the external events and internal meetings
    4. Follow up event arrangement in detail and to be on site in most of cases to ensure smooth implementation
    5. Negotiate with hotels, travel agencies and other service agencies to get better price.
    6. Manage the performance of event / other service to meet all set objectives.
    7. Control the cost within budget agreed by MSL managers and / or MSLs. Track real expense of MSL events
    8. Provide certain admin support if necessary according to availability of working time.

职位要求:

    1. Bachelor degree
    2. More than 1 years hotel or event agencies experiences.
    3. Good understanding for event service process.
    4. Good communication skill and leadership skill
    5. Strength in problem solving and dealing with complexity
    6. Fluent in written English
    7. Excellent software skill especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
